High quality accommodation services

Bed & Breakfast

The Hawkins House was built in 1913 by Andy & Ella Hawkins. Our newest addition is ready for you! Little House, as we call it is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath located just down the hill from the main house. It features a full kitchen, open concept, jetted tub, and rainfall shower.
One bedroom has a king bed and the other has a twin over a Queen. Out front there is plenty of parking and room for a trailer as well if you are bringing your own boats or UTVs. There are cozy couches in the living area with a nice environment to visit.

Reviews from happy guests

Tim-

After experiencing the genuine hospitality of Hawkins House, a return visit is on my bucket list. Thank you to Logan for making our stay a very pleasant one.

Ronnie

Thanks for sharing your beautiful B&B with us. We had a great stay and look forward to coming back. I think my wife could stay on the wrap around porch all day!

The owner was a pleasure to speak with! The room I stayed in was the smallest available but it certainly did not feel that way. It was adorably decorated and felt very welcoming with more than enough room to place everything down and still have a spacious room to myself. It was also a great pleasure to have my own shower, as my group was staying after a float trip. There was a visiting room with plenty of space for a group to hang out and either watch something from their library of shows or even play some games on systems that are a blast from the past! The next time my friends and I are in Eminence we will certainly be looking to see if Hawkins House is available!
